I need an assistant!
My current assistant is moving on to greener and warmer pastures (I’m jealous) so I’ll be needing an assistant to help 1 day a week.
What I NEED:
someone who is organized and self-motivated with experience to
- ship orders
- deal with some email
- run errands*
- work conventions
- and a bunch of other stuff.
* Drivers license and zip car membership is a plus.
What I do NOT NEED:
an art assistant.
This is not an art position. If you are an artist, this is great experience on how to run a business. I’m totally happy to help with any art questions but I do not need an art assistant. I’m way too awesome but mostly too grumpy to have one.
You MUST already live in NYC!!! Please do not offer to move out here to work for me. I only mention that because people always offer. It’s not worth it. Living in a cardboard box and eating ramen 5 times a day. That’s no way to impress your parents.
Again…this is NOT an art position.
